A New Love Beauty Thrive

Welcome friends, to the new love beauty thrive – and to 2022! It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, because I’ve been taking a break to spend time with my family and do some blog restructuring here behind the scenes. I think these changes will bring a new energy and focus to love beauty thrive going forward into the new year, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

I wanted to start the new year with a more casual, informal post to catch you up about what you can expect this month and beyond on love beauty thrive. After that, you can look forward to lots of exciting new content on all things ‘live your best life’.

Hello, February! A new year, a new vision for love beauty thrive. Even though I haven’t been posting during this recent break, I’ve been hard at work re-envisioning the future direction of the blog and restructuring the website. In the coming weeks, I’ll be introducing a new posting schedule, several new blog series, a book of the month, a weekly newsletter, and easier ways to shop all my favourites (including a new blog shop)!

You’ll also find a bit more family, real life and seasonal/celebration posts in the mix too, as well as a few great gift guides throughout the year (that I’m so excited for)! And of course, you’ll also see all kinds of inspirational new content on my biggest passion, becoming our best selves together. love beauty thrive, this year and every year, is always all about living our best lives and supporting each other along the way.

New Blog Series

As part of the new love beauty thrive, I’m so happy to introduce several new series this month that will be recurring regularly on the blog.

Loveology

Between the Covers

Between the Covers is a new monthly book feature series kicking off love beauty thrive’s book club content (more on this below). Discover what we are reading that month and get your hands on a copy too! I hope you’ll join us for a new edition of Between the Covers, posted the first week of every month (so definitely stay tuned later this week).

As a side note, Books & Coffee was love beauty thrive’s original monthly book feature. Between the Covers is a rebrand of sorts, a fresh take on this regular series with a few new changes that I think you’ll love. And of course, the previous editions of Books & Coffee aren’t going anywhere, they’ll always be in the archives and available for you to read.

Love On This

Love On This is a weekly series of favourites, reading, links and other interesting little internet finds to love on throughout the weekend! I’ll be compiling a list of all my online favourites throughout the week (articles, blogs, pop culture, news, great buys, sales and more), anything I loved that week across internetland and the blogosphere that I can’t wait to share with you.

I’m so excited for this series, a quick and pretty weekly post that’s totally brand new to love beauty thrive. You’ll find Love On This on the blog every Friday.

Loveology

Loveology is our monthly recap together. A chance for us to chat as friends, look back and casually catch up over coffee on everything exciting from the past month. You’ll get some personal updates and insider behind-the-scenes info from the blog, plus a closer look at my top favourite things and purchases from that month (things I absolutely love that I think you’ll love too)!

Loveology is love beauty thrive’s end-of-the-month feature that’s a little bit of everything (and all things happy)! Take a moment for yourself, sit down with a fresh coffee or tea, and get ready to catch up with a friend (that’s me)!

Book Club

At love beauty thrive, there’s always been a lot of book talk. Because reading is such an important part of personal growth, self improvement, and wellness, I wanted to start featuring this content more prominently on the website. As part of the new redesign, you’ll now find a dedicated ‘Book Club’ section in the top menu of the blog (alongside Life, Beauty and Wellness).

Here you’ll find all our book discussions, including Between the Covers, quarterly book reviews, featured author posts, and other related content. Past editions of Books & Coffee (love beauty thrive’s original monthly book feature series) can also be found here too. All the book talk you need, conveniently right at your fingertips.

The Blog Shop

Coming soon, the love beauty thrive shop! Shop the love beauty thrive favourites in lifestyle, beauty, wellness and books that have been featured in our posts, easy to browse and buy right from the shop page. It’s still under construction, but I can’t wait for it to launch and share it with you soon!

You’ll find the love beauty thrive shop in the top menu of the website (alongside Life, Beauty, and Wellness) when it’s all ready to go. It’s one the most anticipated new features of the blog this year, so check back soon (you really won’t want to miss getting your hands on these amazing books and items). See you at the shop!

Gift Guides

Did someone say shopping? love beauty thrive will be launching the first of its annual gift guides this year (a labour of love that I’m so excited for)! You can expect them around special times of year, right when you need them. With these in hand (full of fantastic ideas), you’ll always be able to find the perfect gift for everyone on your list.

Initially, the gift guides will focus on amazing gift ideas and easy, convenient shopping at affordable prices. In time, the intention will also be to highlight and include a variety of diverse retailers to support (e.g., female, minority and locally owned businesses, as well as nonprofits and charities). You might just see our first ever gift guide soon, in honour of Valentine’s Day. Don’t miss it!

One of the most important changes I hope to introduce to love beauty thrive this year is more real life. I love this online space, and I know that bringing more of myself to the blog is just the way to better connect with you – an amazing community of strong, supportive women, readers and new friends – something that brings me incredible joy.

While I tried to let the blog content speak for itself in past years, I’ll be bringing you along for the ride a little more in my daily life this year. I really can’t wait to get to know each other better! It’ll make this journey much more meaningful, and a lot more fun. Thanks for joining me here, friends.
