It’s January, the month of reflection, resolutions and self growth.
After the year we’ve had in 2020, this January is different than other years. We have much more to process and reflect upon as the pandemic year of 2020 ends, and the new year begins.

REST & REFLECT
Ease into the new year. The pandemic year of 2020 was challenging. Take your time this January to first process it all. Don’t rush. Allow yourself to relax and reflect upon all that 2020 was, before making any resolutions.
RELEASE & RESOLVE
Rest, reflect, and then? When you’re ready, release. A ‘release’ mindset is as simple as reminding yourself, however often you need, to let go of tension (i.e., of 2020). Then, make your resolutions for the new year.

It might be the end of 2020, but the pandemic is still here. Sadly, many areas are even seeing their highest numbers yet. Please keep yourself, your families and your communities safe. Practice social distancing, wear a mask.
DO YOUR PART
You can make a difference. Pay it forward. Many are struggling during these difficult times. Help someone in need (safely), support local, donate, or find another way to contribute in your area. Every little bit counts.
STAY POSITIVE
Make sure to take time for yourself, do something kind that puts a smile on your face (and on someone else’s too). There is no time more hopeful than the start of a brand new year (especially after 2020).
COZY UP
