HEALTH
HYDRATION. Drink more water (and less sugar), it’s that simple. Don’t worry about tracking consumption (unless it works for you). Buy yourself a pretty water bottle and drink every hour or two.
NUTRITION. Cook at home. The most important thing you can do for your health is simply to cook your own meals (no need for restrictive or complicated diets unless advised by your doctor). Check out these fantastic, ‘easy recipe’ cookbooks and get cookin’!
FITNESS
YOGA. Restorative yoga has endless physical, mental, and spiritual health benefits. Start your own home practice with guidance and free classes from one of our favourite yoga teachers, Yoga Girl’s Rachel Brathen. Namaste!
MINDFULNESS
MEDITATION. Meditation can change your life. Reduce stress, anxiety, depression and pain, slow the effects of aging, and improve happiness, concentration, awareness, and overall physical health with these simple steps of meditation.
SELF LOVE
SLEEP. Create a bedtime ritual. No screens for one hour prior to sleep, wash your face, brush/floss your teeth, stretch, journal, and read. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time (no more sleeping in), getting at least 8 hours a night.
