She’s got legs (wow)!
Carrie Underwood is known for her extraordinary voice . . . and also for her incredibly toned legs.
If you’re like most of us, you’ve started and stopped more than one fitness (or weight loss) journey over the years, on your way to becoming your healthiest, leanest, and strongest self.
If you haven’t yet achieved your goal, Carrie has great tips to help (that have transformed her own health and fitness). They might be just what you need to also inspire healthy change in your life (and legs).
We’re here to help too, with 9 steps to get strong, toned legs like Carrie Underwood and find your path to healthy living.
Get started today, you’ll be so glad you did.

FIND YOUR PATH (READ HER BOOK)
Carrie’s Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With The Fit52 Life (2020; a New York Times bestseller) is a must read. Her Fit52 philosophy and lifestyle is explained in detail (dedicating an entire chapter to those legs), and you’ll finish the book feeling more motivated and inspired than ever.

GET THE APP
Fit52 With Carrie Underwood is Carrie’s companion app to Find Your Path. Includes comprehensive workout guides, videos, progress tracking, blog/recipes, a fitness community (and more), dedicated to helping you practice the Fit52 lifestyle.
STRIKE A BALANCE
Strive to have a good week, not a perfect day. You won’t be able to eat and exercise perfectly every day, so aim for a good week of healthy living instead. Aim to do the best you can, most of the time.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Not easy, but simple. The most successful diet/workout routine is the one that you will stick to (i.e., simple and sensible). Carrie suggests making health and fitness (or anything you want to do for yourself), as effortless as the alternative.
“You don’t need to overhaul every part of your life to get fit,” writes Carrie.
MAKE IT WHO YOU ARE
Who are you? Who do you want to be? Is health and exercise one of the most important parts of your life? Of your day? It should be a fully integrated part of who you are (kept so simple that it’s totally natural). Make who you are on the inside, match the outside.
WORK HARD
Carrie is all about keeping fitness simple (but that doesn’t always mean easy). In Find Your Path, Carrie writes that her leg workout is challenging and advanced, something she had to work her way up to (and explains exactly how you can too). Hard work pays off.
JOURNAL
Keep a daily journal. Carrie keeps herself honest, accountable, and on track by writing in her journal every night. She suggests writing about your day, what you ate (calories and macros), exercise, how you felt, and anything else important.
PUMP UP THE VOLUME
Pump yourself up! The right music can make the difference between a good and bad workout (or between finishing a workout and not). In Find Your Path, Carrie shares her favourite workout playlists (they’re amazing) that help get her through even the toughest sessions.
